Delivery and Returns

We aim to deliver to you within 15 working days wherever you are.

If we are unable to complete a delivery due to nobody being present, a calling card will be left, please contact the courier within 2 days of receiving this card to prevent a re-delivery and returns charge.

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product, you should notify us in writing via email within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Please note that acceptance of goods when they are received without checking indicates acceptance in good condition. As such please check your items thoroughly on delivery and ensure that if the product is damaged in any way you contact us straight away.

If for any reason you wish to return your item, please contact us stating your order number within 4 days. There are a number of terms and conditions for this which can be found in the checkout. Please contact us in any case.
